What began as a single solution—ScannerVision™—has grown into a global platform ecosystem trusted by partners worldwide. Initially developed to simplify document capture on multifunction printers, ScannerVision quickly became known for its ease of use, robust security, and adaptability across industries.

As demand grew, so did the technology and its reach. ScannerVision expanded into Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas—supporting thousands of organizations through a network of strategic resellers, OEMs, and integration partners.

To better support an expanding product portfolio, Ubunye Holdings was established in 2020 as the new umbrella company behind ScannerVision™, aivika, and DocVolante. The name Ubunye is derived from the Zulu word for “unity”—a reflection of our core mission to bring together fragmented workflows, disconnected systems, and siloed teams through simple, powerful automation.
